Diamonds qualify perfectly for online purchases as the delivered quality can practically not differ from quality expected by the customer but the customer chooses himself or herself if he or she wants to purchase a very clear, colourless diamond of thus a high value or a diamond with slight inclusions and faint, slightly noticeable colour of thus a slightly lower price. In the diamond certificates issued by them you will find all the details about the characteristics of the diamond. You order exactly the carat weight and quality which you wish, e.g. a stone of a weight of 1 carat, a colourless colour tone “E” and of clarity “VS2” with slight inclusions. After having chosen a diamond in our shop you will find exact details about how the shape, the colour, clarity and cut quality have been graded by the respective institution in the product description. Underneath you will find a link which will – by clicking it - lead you to the certificate (also called “report”) on the institution’ website where you can look up the gradings of all the characteristics and measurements online. The original certificate will be sent to you together with the diamond.

How can you be sure that the certificate corresponds to the selected diamond? A diamond grader can easily determine the genuineness and characteristics of the diamond by using a loupe and thus ensure that the characteristics correspond to the ones in the certificate. In order to make this examination even more simple and safe, most of our diamonds have their certificate numbers laser-inscribed around the girdle in very tiny digits so that they are not visible to the naked eye. This number corresponds to the number in the certificate. 

We can offer the diamonds at such low prices because they come partly directly from the diamond cutting and polishing workshop and by running an online shop we do not have high overhead costs for rent and employees. We are happy to pass this price advantage on to our customers.
